Mental health affects how we think, feel, and act in everyday life. It also helps us cope with stress, build relationships, make decisions, and manage difficult situations.

Good mental health can help us reach our goals in life while poor mental health can lead to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, or other issues that can affect our quality of life. Therefore it’s important for us to prioritize our mental health by engaging in activities that promote positive thinking and self-care such as exercise, meditation or yoga. connecting with others, or seeking professional help.

Physical health is vital to our well-being. It refers to how well our body and mind functions. Good physical health includes having a healthy weight, sleeping well, eating properly, and exercising regularly.

Poor physical health can lead to chronic diseases such as heart disease or cancer. These can have serious consequences on our life quality and overall well-being.

According to the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI), more than 40 million adults in America experience mental health issues every year, that’s nearly one in five Americans! It’s important to remember that mental health is health; it’s just as important as our physical health
