Practicing good mental health and well-being habits can have a positive impact on our life. It can help to reduce stress, improve your mood, and even improve our physical health.

Research has documented a link between a lack of physical fitness and emotional and mental health risks. We’ve learned so much about mental health and well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic such as increasing our physical fitness through daily activity is one way we can achieve better health.

Good mental health and well-being habits involve developing healthy coping skills, managing stress levels, taking care of yourself physically and emotionally, building healthy relationships with others, setting realistic goals for yourself, and engaging in activities that bring you joy.

Some people have the resources or social support to establish healthy coping skills, manage stress levels, take care of themselves physically and emotionally, build relationships with others, set realistic goals for themselves and engage in activities that bring joy.
