When I was diagnosed as a diabetic many years ago. The first thing I did was cut carbs, almost 100 percent. I lost a lot of weight but it soon came back
I adjusted my diet to a low- carb diet (I cut me carbs 50 percent instead of nearly 100 percent) I lost a lot of weight and kept it off. It’s all about moderation.
